What You'll Be Doing
- You'll develop and manage great relationships with motor dealers who will regularly introduce customers to us.
- You'll be able to easily explain the Vision product offering and processes, creating excitement and urgency.
- You'll oversee the full sales cycle, from generating leads through to each motor dealer regularly introducing customers.
- You'll generate new leads through cold calling prospective motor dealers, as well as working with marketing qualified leads.
- You'll be the voice of the motor dealers to ensure that any necessary product improvements and features are identified and implemented.
You Should Apply If
- You're a B2B salesperson with a proven track record of success. Previous motor finance or automotive experience is a plus but not essential.
- You're a highly motivated, goal orientated individual with a passion to succeed in hitting and exceeding targets.
- You are a proactive problem solver with an eye for detail, have the mindset of a self-starter to give the very best service to all our customers.
- You’re passionate about working with and understanding customers and how our products and services can help them.
- You enjoy collaborating with other teams including product marketing, dealmaking and product development to get the very best results possible.
- You think strategically and can see beyond the day-to-day activities to understand how what you’re doing helps Vision reach its ultimate goals, increasing sales and creating a stronger brand.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment (all start-ups can be scrappy at times), re-planning and reprioritising frequently to make sure we’re delivering the right work at the right time.

- A 4% employer contribution to your pension (with a matching 4% employee contribution as well, or simply opt-out if you'd rather do so)

Interview Process
We like to keep the interview process as quick and simple as we possible can. Typically this means:
- A short (15-30 minutes) introductory call to discuss the role and make sure it's right for you
- An in-person interview which typically lasts 60-90 minutes
